Game and Watch: Mickey and Donald - Multiscreen

Mickey & Donald (1982, DM-53) is a Multi Screen Game & Watch video game released in 1982 by Nintendo. It stars the two Disney properties Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck. The game's model number is DM-53 (D standing for Donald and M standing for Mickey).

Gameplay
In the game you'll control both of the characters whose goals are to extinguish fires. A building is on fire. Donald Duck is on the roof trying to put out the fire. When a big volume of water is pumped through the hose, it leaks. Operate the controls so that Mickey, Donald and Goofy put out the fire. One point is scored for every fireball that Donald puts out. When all the fire is out, 15 extra points are awarded. When a fire reaches the roof, it burns Donald's tail. One miss is scored. Three misses and the game ends. When the score reaches 300, all misses are cancelled.
